We are priced a bit higher (not much) than some of the other homes in the neighborhood, but it's worth more: we have the best location in Bradford Estates (backs to woods), one of the largest floorplans in the development (2092 sq ft total), and a beautiful, EG Stolzfus finished walkout lower level. It's really a beautiful unit. Great place for a family... or roommates... or a single buying his/her first home... you get the idea.
